Refund Policies

Please read carefully. By purchasing Products and Services (“Courses”, “Workshops”, “Trainings”, “Memberships”, “Digital Downloads”, and all other products sold by Rapidspeechtherapy.com) from Rapidspeechtherapy.com (“Company”, “we”, or “us”), the following Refund Policies are entered into by the Company and You (“Client”, “Customer”, or “You”), and You agree to the following terms stated herein.

One-Time Purchases

Immediately upon signup, you have access to resources and trainings that provide the value advertised in the specific Course, Workshop, or Training. We do not offer any money-back guarantees, and no refunds will be issued. If you encounter any issues accessing our content or require assistance, you agree to contact us directly at support@rapidspeechtherapy.com to resolve the matter.

Memberships (Subscriptions)

When you purchase a subscription or membership, you immediately gain access to a library of resources, including exclusive content for active members. This includes downloadable tools, access to member communities, and participation in live streams and events.

We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or memberships. No refunds will be issued for any remaining days or months of the Service after cancellation, and any remaining installment, default, or late payments will remain due.

All subscriptions automatically renew according to the terms of the original subscription purchase.

Consulting & Coaching Calls

Consultation and Coaching Fee (“Consultation”). Consultations are offered at a flat fee, payable in advance. This fee is fully earned upon receipt, subject to the cancellation and refund policies outlined below. Both You and the Company may cancel the consultation for any reason. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms below:


Single Paid Consultation Calls



  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a 75% refund, which covers administrative costs and the time lost from an unbooked session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid.
  • No-shows (failure to begin the session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time) will not receive a refund.
  • If the Company cancels a consultation, you will receive a full refund.

Coaching Programs

  • Weekly calls canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be rescheduled.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled and are considered forfeit.
  • No-shows will not receive a refund or credit for the missed session.
  • Sessions canceled by the Company will be credited and rescheduled.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads are available to you immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of these products, no refunds will be provided.


Chargebacks 

We have a clear and explicit refund policy that you agree to before purchasing any service. As such, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback from you, your credit card company, issuing bank, or payment processor.

If a chargeback is initiated, or if we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies or relevant databases. This could result in a negative impact on your credit report. The information reported may include your name, email address, IP address, order details, and any other information provided during the transaction.
